This was an emergency job to be completed in a very tight timescale for an existing customer.
You can see from the photos that the main issue was with the water damaged ceilings and walls caused by a faulty roof leak.
Not a problem for Alba!
We got sheeted up and just got stuck right into the preparation. A good sand down first of all to de nib and quay, and then we turned our attention to getting the water stains treated with Zinserr BIN primer. Fantastic product.
No woodwork to be done this time so we got on with giving the entire property a coat of White emulsion.
There were a few cracks in the plaster that needed to be repaired with Ames taping next.
The water stains were quite stubborn and required another 2 hits of the Zinserr to kill it off.
We then gave everything a final coat of White emulsion to finish.
It is always satisfying to see the before and after photos knowing you have made a big difference.
